Katie Downes
Passionate about inclusion and diversity, Katie developed NDG after navigating the challenges of constant masking and autistic burnout firsthand. She understands the importance of community and having the language to understand one's own experiences. With her background in disability theatre and accessibility, in addition to having worked for Glassfull since January 2023, she is thrilled to launch NDG to empower neurodivergent professionals to thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
